Right from the beginning before the bathroom had even started, Andrew made regular contact and was so easy to deal with and chat to.

Then once the bathroom renovations started, Andrew kept us up to date with the progress and what the plans were for the following day.

Before moving to Wellington, I purchased a unit in Naenae Lower Hutt as a retirement property. I engaged Andrew online to quote and refurbish my bathroom and toilet.

So much so that I engaged him to refurbish my kitchen at the same time. As soon as arrangements were made – Andrew flew into managing the project from start to finish. His team of contractors were professional and efficient. Andrew maintained communication, checking in and advising of progress and time frames. Despite undertaking the work at a time when there were delays accessing materials, there were few interruptions and the work was largely completed within the specified time frame.

Andrew designed the bathroom including the fittings and when completed I was blown away at how it fitted into and complimented my older style home. I love it and it has made a huge difference to the house.

Andrew went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. As it was the only bathroom in our house, and I have two teenaged sons, Andrew arranged the work so we were still able to use the bathroom during construction. This was a bonus!
